manwe Posted February 12, 2004 Share Posted February 12, 2004 We just set up our 20 and are day 2 into the cycle. There are a ton of deceased little worms all over. They look like small bristle worms but are very small. We have found a few alive and they are thin and dark green. Most of the ones not moving are pink and white. Most of them are in the sand. We have one that is approx 2 inches long burrowing in the sand that is dark purple. It is pressed to the glass, but we can't see if there are bristles. We got some pretty poor looking LR and are going to get more this weekend. Our levels look great so far and we aren't sure why so many of these have died. Am I not looking at bristle worms here? Is there some other type of small worm I should be worrying about having in the tank? Link to comment
