If you are doing live arrival guarantee request picture of dead coral within 2 hours and once it is in your tank the coral belongs to you.You want your dead coral picture in the bag you shipped it in.If you are shipping overnight which is usually 24 hours you need a 24 hour heat pack. If shipping 2 day you need a 48 hour.Just trying to help you before you have a bunch of headaches. Link to comment
