Hampton sunlight lamp for macros

I have a 1.5 gallon with chaeto and some crabs in the tank. It's just for fun tank. I was thinking about upgrading to a 5gallon and keeping 3 emerald crabs and a few hermits.

 

Would macros and live rock be ok under a 6500K 27 watt pc bulb? I was hoping to get more types of macro even though the emeralds will keep it trimmed.

 

Also, would corals survive with that light? Like shrooms or buttons?

I've kept chaetomorpha, xenia, and zoanthids under the same sort of light without any issues. Pink and ugly-green coralline grew fairly well too.
