Nate Dawg
I don't know where to put this, so i'm putting it here. http://www.alibaba.com/product-free/262016..._Red_Plate.html Pretty cool! I'm gonna order some. It's a plating coralline algae that grows like montipora. I wonder if there's branching coralline? Well what do you know, there is! http://www3.telus.net/kerryw/creature/calg.htm Did anyone else know about these? Or am I just being stupid. Link to comment
lakshwadeep
Yes, there is both plating and branching coralline algae. I've had plating algae before. It's important to get them shipped in water since it seems like they can easily die if exposed to air. Link to comment

johnmaloney
there are tons of cool coralline species! checkout some of these guys: Porolithon Titanoderma jania spp look like birdsnest coral mastohpora is especially nice, forms ribbons.. lots of cool coralline families out there. they tend to not need much light at all, the fancier the coralline the less light it seems.
