BTA propagation

Hey guys,

Quick question. I have been planning on going full scale on some BTA production. I have been consistently propagating anemones for a while now and have near 100% success rates. So the question, can I get away with starting with 50-100 BTA's of the same color/variety that were collected at the exact same location? I typically start with a single healthy specimen, however recently I recieved 10 GBTA's that all came in on the same order from the same source and have split them several times. So far as I can tell they are all doing very well. I of course run copious amounts of carbon, which I am sure helps.

I would assume that starting with 100 anemones that were all collected at the same place would allow me to get around the long waiting period required to build up broodstock. Any thoughts, ideas or experiences would be very much appreciated!

Thanks,

Colby
