Red Bubble or What and How Do I Get Rid of It

I thought this stuff was neat at first, re, translucent, now it is all over everything, even my Koralias. I even pulled the Koralias and scrubbed them clean and it is back. It's starting all over my rock and I'm ready to pull the plug and let the sun have at it all. Does anything munch on this stuff? Hand removal does not work and only seems to spread the stuff by dislodging it.

I'm still battling it, but seem to be making progress. Lots of water changes (2 or 3, 20% per week), manual removal. My emerald picks at it a bit, but it'd take him years if that was all I was doing. I've also started EcoBak.
