Stealth Heaters - WARNING

My first heater was a stealth - until it shocked the hell out of me when my finger touched the water as I was blasting off the rocks with a baster. I replaced it with a no name glass heater I used for water changes until I could get a Jager (which is supposed to be the best). The 100w Jager heated my 24 gal tank to 86 one night, at l check it before work. The replacement Jager heater does the same thing. It won't heat below 80 degrees, even turned all the way down. So no name cheap heaters are the best IMO.
