White lump on Coral Beauty

I think my coral beuaty is having some problems, he seems to have a white lump on his side fin by his gills. Its hard to take a picutre of it, cause the fish is constantly moving, so the pictures i have are pretty bad:( . If you have any input on how to help or cure the fish from the diesease, please let me know
