SG 1.023

My salt is 1.023 and steady with the water I get from my LFS. Should I try to get it higher around 1.025?

 

I have a 24 gallon Aquapod and change 5 gallons a week.

Is it premixed saltwater? If so, you might want to mix your own saltwater so you don't pay for low s.g. water and then for salt to get the s.g. up.

 

Check out this article's section on choosing salinity. 1.025-1.026 is desirable in the sense of being closer to natural values.
