Spaghetti frag HELP!

I just fragged a spaghetti leather and need some help.

The leather is big and healthy a year or so old. I made a clean slice with a new razor, fragged off about 10%.

The frag has a nice piece of coral it's connected to...

The tank it was moved to has identical water params, lighting etc.

I even placed it in the same lighting/flow location to minimize the stress.

This was yesterday afternoon, now the frag looks limp and if kind of bent over.

The mother looks fine and unaffected.

Any imput on how I can minimize the stress will be appreciated.

Or is this simply part of the process.

I've fragged a lot of corals this is my first spaghetti coral.
