Lawnman
Has anyone ever taken there waste line and put a y connector on it and plumbed the waste water back into the system?Kinda like looping the waste water back into the waste water. Just wondered what this would do or if it would even work.I am thinking it would not work because it would use the filters up to quick because the TDS would not be able to escape. Link to comment
Kylebeano
Bad idea. The waste water has a higher concentration of everything just filtered out, and will saturate your filters far more quickly as you have stated. Link to comment

AZDesertRat
Most dual membrane systems do just that, the waste from the first membrane feeds the second membrane so you get about twice the output provided you have 65 psi or more incoming pressure. Some promote this as a water saving option but that is not really the case as membranes must still be flushed at 4:1 for good service, its even more critical on the downstream one since it is treated concentrated brine.
