I can't afford the luxeons like reefpirate has, so what should I look for? What MCD is suitable, etc.? Dont tell me to use the search button, I'm no fool. zzpw3x Posted February 1, 2004 Share Posted February 1, 2004 10000 mcd LED's are abot the brightest you will find. Try www.superbrightleds.com. You will need about 5-10 LEDs/Watt. Even if you only put 20W above that 5 gallon, you are going to have to buy 100-200 LEDs. It gets expensive. Dale Link to comment
