digz
Alright, so a pc light (the screw in twisties) has a ballast built into the light? If this is true... is there a way to crack open the light and ghetto rig the ballast to use on other bulbs? (Probably dangerous, but im just curious). Has anyone opened up one of these lights and had a peek inside? Link to comment
Chamkeeper
I tried this but the ballast and bulb need to be compatable and mine were not. I didn't know this was the case until the time of the 'surgery'. Link to comment
digz
So if I find a 28 watt pc and pair it with a 28 watt twistie... I might have some sort of frankenstein light bulb? Link to comment
