mapv281
ok i've been cycling my tank for a week now, for 4 days my ammonia is 0, nitrite is 0, my ph is 8.2/8.3, temp 81, salinity 1.023, my nitrate was reading 10 a couple of days ago, but now it has increased and is at 20, should i do a water change or leave it as is? i don't want my nitrate to keep going up, i have my saltwater mixing already, all i'm wainting for is for a yes or no answer from you guys. seabass
20ppm is not high that high. However, you can do a 10% water change without hurting your cycle. Note: A 10% WC will only reduce you nitrates to 18ppm. X) Link to comment
