scapone Posted January 26, 2004 Share Posted January 26, 2004 I recently put some in my ac300 i am wainting for my 13w pc light to come. i preasently have a 25 watt light over it now im running 24/7. I noticed some new groth but it looks kind of transparent/white I just wanna make sure i'll be ok for 7 days till my light comes:( Link to comment
WorldNation Posted January 27, 2004 Share Posted January 27, 2004 well, when i put my batch into my fuge, it kinda looked like it was dying off for like 2 weeks or so, but than turned around and now is spreading like wildfire. but i always had my light on it, i dont think it'll last without cp lights on it. the 25watt is a regular incandescent bulb i take it? if so, take it off, it'll cause cyano and hair algae to grow instead. what are the lights on your tank? and does any of it make it to the fuge? i know a couple ppl here dont use any lights on their fuges at all, just the light from their tank.
