setup inside fuge?

I have the 18 inch cpr refugium with 2 inches of livesand, and a layer of rubble over the sand. I recently just changed this so the rock is more stacked,leaving half the sand open, half covered with rubble rock. I am assuming this is better for the sand, but my question is......How much liverock should be in the fuge?

the most efficient filter you can have is live rock. if you filled your fuge all the way to the top it would not be too much. so it is up to you and how much room you want for algae.
