Kapelakin
That's plenty of light for a hammer. Link to comment

Djm9288
yeah thats what i meant Link to comment
Sahin
Thats fine for a hammer coral. I think hammers and frogspawn require similar light levels, and as my frogspawn is doing fine in my tank at the bottom, I think what you have is fine. Link to comment
NaNO ReeFiN
Just wondering, would I be able to keep a frogspawn in a 7 gallon tank with 27watt lighting? Link to comment
Sahin
Hey Nanoreefin, is that 27watts PC? If yes, the ansers IMO yes, you can. I am keeping frogspawn under NO lighting, and it has grown quite a lot since I got it. It also was in a bad condition at the LFS and has perked up and growing quite well. Link to comment
Sahin
Oh, the only problem you might have is that the frogspawn is said to have sweeper tentacles that can sting other corals, so in a 7G that might be a problem. I personally have never seen a sweeper tentacle on my froggie though. Link to comment
NaNO ReeFiN
Yeah it's PC, I currently don't have that many corals in my tank so keeping the frogspawn isolated away from the corals wouldn't be much of a problem. Link to comment
