I haven't looked at skimmers for almost a couple years though so things may have changed a bit Link to comment
tinyreef Posted January 25, 2004 Share Posted January 25, 2004 the remora is top notch. the prizm is good if you don't mind tuning. the visijet and seaclone are crap imho. an air-driven cc skimmer (e.g. lee's or coralife) could be used but that'll be about borderline for a 29g tho. hth Link to comment
darwin604 Posted January 25, 2004 Share Posted January 25, 2004 I say go for a prizm for a 29. My buddy has a 26 gal with a prizm on it and it works great . . they're well priced too. Another bonus to the prizm skimmer over others is that you don't need a big powerhead hanging in your tank which can be a bit obnoxious in a smaller sized aquarium. d. Link to comment
