Blueangel44
Is it ok to use distilled water for my 10 gallon nano tank? Will be mixing it with my salt mix of course. If if it is ok can I just use any type of distilled water. Thanks! Link to comment

Meengineer0128
I have heard mixed reviews on this. I did it once (used ice mountian distilled) because I ran out of RO and forgot to go get more and the LFS was closed. Long story short, no problems. Use at your own risk is my opinion. Other option is to carry around a TDS meter and crack open bottles and find the one that registers 0, lol. Link to comment

FateX9
distilled water should be ok seeing that it should be pure water there are some grocery stores that also sell ro water, its usually labelled as filtered water and if you read on the label it'll say how it was filtered Link to comment
