Crakeur
beware the brittle star! They are a ton of fun to have but in a tank that size they could be disruptive when they "walk" around the tank. They can damage corals by walking over them or they can accidentally move things around causing damage. I loved having my green serpent star crawl up my arm when I would feed the tank or clean it but that was in a 60 gallon. I wouldn't put anything larger than a mini-star in my 7 gallon. jjharrisx4
brittle stars are really good hunters, and can catch fish very efficiently. I've watched it at my LFS...brittle star vs. flame angel. Without intervention the star would have won. I'd leave it out of any system with edible size fish. Link to comment
Sahin
Keep a close an on it. I dont really trust most starfish types now after a few incidents. Some of these brittle stars do get pretty big so watch out for missing fish or eaten corals, as they might take a bite if there is a lack of food for them in the tank. Link to comment
