gwrulzmylife Posted January 19, 2004 Share Posted January 19, 2004 Thought I'd pass this on to Nano beginners (or pros), if you're looking to get QUALITY live rock, goto premium aquatics website ( www.premiumaquatics.com ) they have what they call "reef rubble". This is just small bits for LR that they sell straight from their holding tanks, but too small to sell to most reefers. I usually ask for "BIG reef rubble" and get baseball/softball size pieces. I also usually ask for marshall just because that's what I like. Seriously, for a 5-10gallon tank 10-20 lbs of this stuff is king! it's like $1.50 a pound, LOTS of purple! Since it's rubble, no mantis shrimp! Just thought I'd pass this hint on! Link to comment
