DaveESPI
There is 2 species of commonly referred to as "rhasta" You are describing either a finger leather or a Sinularia , or a devils hand if it appeats to have fingers. Rhasta corals are leathers and look like cabbage. Species Lobophytum crassum HOWEVER this is also possibly Sinularia dura. perhaps you are looking at Lobophytom fintuosa ;common finger leather there are several varients and many have a brown/tan light green tint to them. they are fairly easy to kep, but err on the side of caution if the base of it has any calcium spicules (look like pieces of rice) exposed as this is a dammaged tissue area.
