Turbo
This is my first experience with salt water and it started when I found this site. I have a 10 gallon nano reef that I started about a month ago. I havent had any problems with algae until a couple of days ago. It sprang out of nowhere. There was a little on the glass and I scraped that off and today its all over the sand and rocks. Like it grew overnight. Its brownish green in color. What can I get that will eat this crap? Physh1
It is cycled? How's the water test? Are you using tap water or a DI, RO, or RO/DI water? Any clean up crew? How many hours of light? I'm trying to get a feel for your setup...algae is a normal thing but w/o knowing your tank specs it's hard to say if it's only normal or something is out of whack. Cameron Link to comment
