Heat Problem and Update

k so the tank has been up for about three weeks now and all is well... cycle is complete and I have growth galore in my tank fro mthe excellent live rock. check out my lil popyps in the bottom right hand side of the tank in the pics below. Those came on my rock, woot.

 

anyways a couple of problems.... first off, with a fan i can keep my tank running at 79 degrees but i cant get it to stay there.... well with light fluctuation and whatnot... so any of you guys have any techniques to setting the heater and whatnot to get it to work right? any tips?

 

next, APTASIA everywhere..... should i worry? what should i get to kill it? i would prefer a natural method... but any tips of course are appreciated.

 

and last question... i want to move the contents into a different tank? is this too much trouble to even bother with or should i do it? this one is just a little bit too scratched for me... is it basically the same as starting over or is there a safe way to do this?
