chris2222000 Posted January 7, 2004 Share Posted January 7, 2004 Hey everyone, i couldnt figure out how to post a pic within the messagebut i attached it. these polyps popped up about 7 months ago when i purchased a shroom rock. they arent bothersome to the shrooms but reproduce quite frequently. any ideas? thanks chris Link to comment

2manytanks Posted January 7, 2004 Share Posted January 7, 2004 they are anenomes...small colonial type....torch ?, i think. I've got about 10 of them in my 30. They just show up, as you state, after the live rock has matured somewhat. They do move, although they present no problem to other inhabitants. Three are residing right next to one of my Montipora Caps. When the Monti starts shading them, they move a little bit to get more light....sorta neat, i think....free corals.. Link to comment
