trupel Posted January 5, 2004 Share Posted January 5, 2004 I recently purchased a pair of mated coral banded shrimp (CBS) and while transporting them home (The LFS put them in the same bag), one of them got rather nasty and decided to tear off most of the legs of the other. Now this poor CBS has 3 legs on the right side (with only 1 small pincer) and 1 Leg on the left side (with no pincers). How long will it take for it to regenerate? and will it make it! What should I be feeding them. I have read that dropping a little piece of shrimp when the tank is dark should allow them to eat it without the fish interupting them Link to comment

rehren Posted January 7, 2004 Share Posted January 7, 2004 that's pretty nuts. my CBS came without any front pinchers, they came back after 1 molt and are really colorful after 3 molts. (3 molts in 4 weeks) Link to comment
