28w pc bulb on 32w ballast? will it work?

i have 2 32 w csl smartlite bulbs but one of them is due to be replaced and i want to replace it with one of the 50/50 daylite/03 actinc bulbs from hellolight. but they dont make one in a 32 w just a 28 w. i have a 28w 03 actinic here and it works on the 32w ballast but im wondering about long term use. does anyone know if it would be ok?

Yes, you can use the 28w lamp in the '32w' ballast. CSL's '32w' lamps are really the same as 28w bulbs, they just put a little more current through the bulb.
