viper531 Posted January 4, 2004 Share Posted January 4, 2004 My yellow watchman acts really weird after the lights are off. He/she swims up and down the glass and across from side to side as well. Is this normal? When the lights are on, he/she acts totally normal (hides under a rock and sifts sand). Any ideas? Link to comment
caja Posted January 5, 2004 Share Posted January 5, 2004 Watchmans are very odd fish. Many differences in behavior, some being shy others not so shy. Does yours tend to hide quite a bit during the day? Night may be when it's comfortable coming out and exploring. Link to comment
viper531 Posted January 6, 2004 Author Share Posted January 6, 2004 it does hide under a rock during the day but i wouldnt call what he's doing at nite exploring. when the lights are out, he is literally swimming left to right and up and down on the glass like he was going mad or something. maybe i'll get him a pistol shrimp for a companion.
