hameen40 Posted December 29, 2003 Share Posted December 29, 2003 I am about 3 weeks into my cycling process. I seem to have brown stuff all over my LR and the sand. Are these diatoms?? Is it normal to have these and is it ok to have them there. Also, I have been testing the water every other day. All my readings seem to be at 0. ammonia, nitrates and nitrites. Do I have a bad saltwater test kit? I am using Aquarium Pharmaceuticals Saltwater Liquid Master Test Kit. Link to comment
