tqreefrookie
Guys, I didn't see any post on this subject or info on the main page but here is my question. I have a old Aqua Clear wet/dry 175 which I plan on to use for a refegium. It holds an additional 18 gal. I will sit behind my 10 gal tank and the intake will feed by a small pump from the 10 gal. Inside the old filter will be about 6 inches of live sand and some live rocks. The return will be by a overflow bulk head about 3/4' or 1". 1)Finally, my question is besides stocking it with live rocks and sand, what other marine life should I add to it? 2) Also, is this overkill for a nano? Thanks guys! Link to comment
nalbar
should work great. macro algae is very important. go to the refugium area for more info. nalbar Link to comment
caja
You're going to need to find a way to light the AC 175 in order to grow the macro. Link to comment
