saltyFISHscales Posted December 23, 2003 Share Posted December 23, 2003 yup, thats a neon green devils hand. Its only an inch, but when i first put it in my tank it was only 1/2". The pic just doesnt show the neon polyps, but trust me they are NEON! Link to comment
tinyreef Posted December 24, 2003 Share Posted December 24, 2003 looks like a tiny sarco. usually the devil's hand or lobophytum (generic sp.) doesn't just have polyps on its cap, they're spread thruout the coral (towards the top tho). actually, they don't normally have caps even. there are neon green sarcos too. the one i have tends to slime a lot (get po'd) when touched/brushed up against. you should start seeing what its shape is very soon (couple of months). And my LFS sells them as well, but they go for $50 bucks my size and up to $100 for 2 inches. The LFS, even calls them "Neon Green TR Devils Hand"... so is mine a devils hand? Link to comment
