Reefer_Buddha
csl makes good lighting setups. I would recommend then for pcs. I dont think you have enough light for clams tho, i would do a halide setup with them. Link to comment
T11mog
ahhh the heck with halide im a highschool student im not gonna burn 400 bucks on a llighting set up Link to comment
Reefer_Buddha
it isnt 400$ look in the diy section. ppl make a halide pendant from regent for around 100$. Link to comment
T11mog
ohhh..would that provide enough light for my 10 gal? and i could just make a stand for it... Link to comment
Reefer_Buddha
well.. you could do a 175w halide setup. If you can get a good deal on all the stuff it wouldnt be 400$ a lot less im sure. That would be ok for clams, depending on your tank depth also. Link to comment
T11mog
well my tank is a basic 10 gal i think its...12 incehes deep. Link to comment
ryz
Your lighting is not enough for crocea deresa or maxima but you can get a squamosa clam. Its beautiful, hardy and less light demanding. Link to comment
Quash
why not go with a coral life aqualight, you can find a 96 watt powerquad for 120 brand new. I say go with the powerquad Link to comment
