MikeyD
Hi folks. I am setting up a 10 gallon namo and i have a lighting question. I have currently got a 14 watt 15'' marine spectrum florescent light. Is this enough for corals/fish? I have seen that some people use 2 types of bulb and have different lighting at night, please explain! Thankyou Link to comment
Jeff D2
I wouldn't even keep fish with that low level of light. Most people with soft coral in there tank shoot for 5 to 10 watts per gallon. If you will read alot of the threads in the beginners forum and in the lighting forum you might get a better idea this is a commonly asked question. hth Jeff Link to comment
