Should i start dosing?

I've checked my water parameter. When i do a 20 percent water change, my calcium level go back to 400 but when i only do 10 percent, it drops to 360ppm. I have anemone, monti cap, and zoa, but i have corallin all over the place.

Wondering if its time for me to start dosing 2parts?

 

When do people usually start dosing?

if you keeping sps, i would keep it up at 400ppm or higher.

Dont have a test kit for that. i only test calcium

you should get a kit to test alk and mg as well

1. Don't dose anything you can't test for.

2. Check your levels every other day starting from a water change and up to the water change, at the same time of day, to figure out your rate of consumption.

3. Dose 2 part accordingly to keep levels stable. Preferably Alk one day, Cal the next, if possible. Never mix the two.
