I recieved a damaged Hydrometer in my order from Marine Depot. Here is their response. Excellent customer service I would use them again!

Hi Ben,

 

We apologize for the hydrometer arriving damaged. We have gone ahead and refunded $7.49 back to you Visa card. Please hang on to the damaged refractometer for two weeks. Although FedEx rarely pick up items that are less than $50, they will contact you by phone if they need to inspect the package. After two weeks, you can go ahead and discard the damaged item.

 

We apologize for any inconveniences that may be caused. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.
