seadoo14 Posted December 12, 2003 Share Posted December 12, 2003 I recently bought a used 10 gal sea cube. The dimensions of the tank are 16" x 16" x 16". It is an acrylic tank with an acrylic top. It has currently (2) 13 watt 50/50 compacts. Everything is doing well but I don't think there is enough lighting. I was considering purchasing three more 13 watt 50/50 compacts for a total of 5. I have been researching this for a while and haven't been able to find any other larger wattage compacts or VHO's that would fit. I thought about MH but the distance from the top of the hood to the water level is only 3" and also the heat factor. Does anybody have suggestions or does my thoughts on the 5 compacts my best choice!
