Cheap and simple dosing suggestions?

Hey guys,

I am looking to pinpoint the best way to dose my tank. It will be mainly an sps tank, i hear there are several options. I am looking to use a solution that keeps my alk, ph and cal in check. Is lime water capable of doing that? I would use b-ionic but i am going to be using a dosing pump, the single one...
