Is Lifereef VS2-24 skimmer an overkill: I plan to use this skimmer for a bigger tank after I move. Just wonder if it is ok to use it on a 20G temporarily. Thanks for any suggestions. Link to comment
palaegic Posted December 10, 2003 Share Posted December 10, 2003 Not overkill if you only use sporadically. As I'm sure you know, many folks here don't use skimmers at all. If you already have the skimmer, I see nothing wrong with trying it out on your 20 - but I don't think I would leave it operational all of the time. Link to comment
