sjwalker
I Bought 2 False Perc. Thursday and today the bigger clown has been acting very sick. I have only had them about 4 days. The smaller one is doing great. His behaviors: Yesterday morning he was at the bottom corner hiding behind the LR. Opening and closing his mouth. Yesterday evening: Swimming around a little..not moving much at one time. He was chilling in the Xennia for a while...I thought he was doing a little better. His mouth was still Opening and closing. I think his gills were pulsing too..it's hard to tell. This morning: He was up at the top kindof flouting on his side (still alive) Mouth still pulsing. My levels were tested and everything is great. Tank specs. 10gal Aqua Clear 150 50watt heater 96watt PC Light 10lbs or LR and 10lbs or Reef Sand http://home.insightbb.com/~sjwalker Thanks, Steven:| Link to comment

Crakeur
does the clown eat? that's usually an indicator of a problem. all fish open and close their mouths. it's how they breathe. some fish appear to be heavier breathers than others. Link to comment
kennerd
Do a search for Brook or Brooklynella. So common with imported or shipped clowns that it was coined as "Clownfishes Disease". Link to comment
