jm82792
I have not bought a RO unit yet since my use of it is minimal for now, however I want to buy a cheap yet somewhat accurate TDS/PPM tester. So I can know if it's good water since I'm having a terrible hydroid and sponge take over, and want to rule out my topoff water. I see a couple for $10 are they decent enough to roughly know if my RO water is good enough for a reef ? http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-OAKTON-TDSTESTER2-...=item5ad369c74a Link to comment
jeffblly
I dont know about the one you listed but I have not had any problems with the HM TDS-3 that you can get for about $17 shipped. Link to comment
AZDesertRat
The TDS-3 is probably the best low cost meter. I prefer a little better meter myself so use the COM-100 for its extreme low end accuracy. Same company, HM Digital makes them both. Link to comment
