Nano Cube DX water flow

I have a 12g nano cube and im 25 days into my cycle, but I have the stock pump and a nano power head, Is this to much water flow? I have a lot of algae that gets pushed around but I just want to know if its enough?

That is alot of algae even for a cycle. I would keep the flow you have as long as its not creating a sand storm.
