Shrimp?

Let me begin by saying that unfortunately I don't have a picture.

 

I'm just wondering if some type of shrimp could hatch and grow from my live rock? I've just had a tank set up for about 3 weeks, and I noticed tonight a critter that looks like a shrimp.

 

It has two antennae -- about 1 inch -- and the body like a shrimp, except it was whitish or translucent in color. Looked like a shrimp without an exoskeleton. It's overall body length is about a quarter of an inch.

 

I'm sure it's not your standard copepod.

 

Could it be a young shrimp of some sort?
