darwin604 Posted December 3, 2003 Share Posted December 3, 2003 After some searching all I could find out about fragging GSP was cutting a peice off and attaching it to another rock. Anyways, I've never fragged any of my corals before and my GSP had this weird little 'tower' of polyps growing off its peice of LR. I figured I'd chop it off. My brother just set up a 26 gal reef tank and all he has so far is LR in it with a couple damsels so I figured I'd see if I could get it to grow in his tank (his water tank is cycled and salt / temp is very close to mine). Will this cutting grow? I just hacked it off with some scissors and its in a glass cup in his tank on a peice of LR (not attached, but sitting on there quite peacefully). Any tricks on getting them to attach to the rock? I'm not too keen on using glue in my tank . . dont wanna permanently screw something up any info would be good. d. Link to comment
