My first coral purchase!

I'll put pics up tonight, but after almost a month of stable tank parameters, I could not wait any longer.

 

I purchased a small Xenia colony, and a small Devil's Hand.

 

The Xenia opened up right after acclimation and seem to be doing fine. The Devil's Hand, while looking better, is still not really making an appearance. I'm going to watch him closesly and if doesn't pop out in the next couple of days, I'll relocate him and see if he is happier somewhere else in the tank.

 

At first I was a bit timid about jumping back into salt water, much less a reef tank. All I can say is wow, what a cool hobby, and so much more satisfying than keeping fish only.

 

Thanks to everyone in here that helped and is helping me through the noob phase.
