aggiereefer
I just bought some snails for my tank, 4 astrea's, 4 nass's, and 3 bumble bee's. For some reason i thought bumble bee's were "herbivores", but i was wrong. Do i need to feed the snails some how or will they just chow down on the amphipods in my tank? one of my astrea's died this morning he wasnt real responsive from the beginning. My other snails seem to be fine. Link to comment
caja
Bumble bees are nocturnal and will cruise the tank looking for leftover food at night. Link to comment

BlackSumbel
Detrivores. I have one in my tank. It snuffles up uneaten food and "junk" like nobodies business. If there's something easier to go after (dead snail, sinking food) they'll go for that. -Sumbel. Link to comment
