skimlessinseattle Posted November 8, 2009 Share Posted November 8, 2009 If you go to salifert's and seachem's websites, you can actually see that these two supplements are very similar. It appears that the reefplus is higher in lipid content though. I have never used either, so I can't recommend one, but if you are looking to try one, give either a shot and let us know if you see any difference in your tank!
