CrocoDillon Posted November 29, 2003 Share Posted November 29, 2003 you can use it for many things... it means something like a safe place for stuff. safe place for pods to reproduce, for macro algea to grow to get out nutrients... maybe for letting frags attack to rocks. I will be using one for this reason, to lower nitrates maybe. Link to comment

The easiest way is probably to buy a Aquaclear 300 or 500 HOB and make it into a fuge. You might have to modify the pump a bit but its cheap and easy. You should see a noticable difference.
