Perm
So I mixed up 60 gallons of water over two days in two seperate containers. One container I hadnt used in awhile, but it mixed up fine and I used it for a waterchange tonight. The other container I use about every other week or so when I do a larger than normal waterchange. It has only been mixing for about 12 hours, and the salt was the last bit in the bucket. It is 80 degrees, mixing with a quiet one 2200, and was mixed with fresh RO/DI. Is it just because it was the bottom of the bucket and wants to be difficult? Im guessing it just needs another day... Link to comment
RyanR1212
ya i think its all good.. you have something constantly stirring it up so any particulates in there dont have any chance to settle out... Link to comment
Weetabix7
Give it another day, if it still looks cloudy then that might be a bad sign. Link to comment
Perm
Oh, and I forgot to mention it is reef crystals. Everybody hates on it, but it has worked well for me. Normally it dissolves in a few hours with all the flow from the QO. Link to comment
