how much live rock to add at one time

I was wondering when cycling your tank if it was better to add live rock slowly, like 1 to 2 pounds every week or to or add all at one or if it matters at all which way

all at once, if its a new tank. helps kick start the cycle.

All at once. I am new to nano reef-keeping, but I would think that a mini-cycle in a small tank could be devastating.

All at once ideally. If you do it bit by bit your cycle could take forever.
