casbarian Posted November 13, 2003 Share Posted November 13, 2003 I bought a new Aquaspacelight mini 250w pendant for my work tank. It's pretty heavy at 25 lbs. Do I dare hang it from hooks off the drop ceiling grid? Just wondering if any of you have had experience with the general strength of these things. Link to comment
AbSoluTc Posted November 13, 2003 Share Posted November 13, 2003 Should be fine. If the drop ceiling is like all others with the metal grid, its attached by wire from above. It can handle a pendant fine. But, just in case - swing from it like a monkey during mating season. If it holds you, your definently fine. Link to comment
